My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the check-in staff were friendly and polite, the lack of communication from other staff really affected my experience. A consistently inconsistent water supply and a very unhygienic breakfast setup made for a less than pleasant visit. However, I did appreciate the initial warm welcome and the quick massage service, despite the miscommunication.

I had a wonderful family getaway at the hotel. The staff, especially Maya, were incredibly attentive and made sure our rooms were side by side, which was a great touch. I had a fantastic stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbor Bay. The hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal made it super convenient for my travels. The staff, especially Mr. Danang, provided exceptional service, making sure everything was perfect during my stay.
